Absolutely loved my time at the event! It was very educational. The instructor, Hayley was unbelievably kind when it came to helping me find my way to the event and teaching my new and beneficial techniques within my art journey! The class was extremely personable and enjoyed taking it! I can't wait to soon take more classes as funds allow.

The owner of the building is also the owner of Old Louisville Distillery. This liquor store( Red Castle Liquors) was where he developed his interest in bourbons. We are in the process of creating a limited edition launch, ?Old Louisville Landmarks?, and this will be the first label?..I hope!! Lol

Clouds have been on my mind lately, I can?t even go out side without taking a picture of the clouds. They are so amazing. So once I put the clouds in I try to paint something I think would go with that clouds. It was fun, but on to the next painting.

Title or Location: Title: O happy day ( this painting was fun to do)
This painting is made up, not sure if there?s a light house out there that looks like this one. I do about three or four a year and really only get a chance to see one or two a year. I did this painting while I was on vacation in Savannah Georgia. It was the sky that made this painting to come alive.

Title or Location: Moroccan rugs and cushions.
This is a gouache painting on watercolour paper and measures 6x4ins. Our theme in art class was Moroccan markets and this particular scene offered colour, architecture and sunshine without the heaving masses. I shall attempt a crowded scene next time.

Title or Location: And so, my love
I have had some luck with abstracts in the past, but got away from them when pet commissions and nature-oriented subjects filled my days. Recently, however, I found myself looking for something different, and I was inspired to get back to this very different way of painting. I'm having fun again! This is one of a series that is coming together, interpreting the emotions of love and longing. I hope you enjoy it, and will check out my web site, and perhaps join my mailing list! LeePerrault.com

Title or Location: Heartache
This is the third of my abstracts in what I'm hoping will be a series called "A Woman's Life". I'm trying to express emotions through the composition, colors and the attitude of the subject. This is a very challenging project but I'm seriously enjoying it and I hope that other people will enjoy viewing what I come up with.
